Maverick was fantastic, he was very communicative. I marked ok not because of him, but because this was our first home buying experience and many parts were confusing. At one point there were added charges to the loan that we were not told to expect and it caused a needed change to our remodel plans. I can't say great because i have nothing to compare to.
